On Wednesday, Matt visited the Sheffield Children's Hospital to see all the fantastic work being carried out at one of the best children's hospitals in the country. As an ambassador for the Children's Hospital Charity, Matt has helped fund raise through differnet avenues and last year donated £75,000 to help the hospital raise for a new SPECT CT Scanner (pictured). It was fanastic for Matt to see the work being carried out first hand, and meet some of the incredible staff and brave patients. Matt said:
"It's fantastic to come down and see everyone while I'm at home in Sheffield. The work that is being done here by all the staff is very inspirational. It is also a pleasure to meet young patients like Sam who are incredible people. I am hoping to maintain the fundraising next year with all the other amazing Sheffield ambassadors, and to keep the hospital at the front of padetaitric care."
