Matt looks forward to the flagship event on the European Tour next week, the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.
In 2016, despite not perfoming to the best of his abilities, it proved a key week for Matt as he went on to win his second European Tour title a week later at the Nordea Masters. Matt fired rounds of 72, 70, 75 and 74 at Wentworth to eventually finish in a tie for 47th. Matt is looking forward seeing the re-vamped West Course on Monday:
"I'm most looking forward to seeing the golf course - a lot of players have made it clear the changes are really positive. It's always a great event and a fun week - I just hope I can play a little better this year!"
On Tuesday Matt will make an announcement about the space occupying his golf bag.
